The structure

How it works

Simple structure, real support. We gather live, we practise between gatherings, and we share what is working and what is not.

  • 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month
  • 6:00 PM Mountain Time
  • 90 minutes on Zoom

  1. First Wednesday: guest speaker

    A special guest presents a new idea or concept. Together we articulate it, create meaning and turn it into real and lasting change in day-to-day life, outside of medicine.

  2. Third Wednesday: check-in and support

    Conversation, questions and support from people walking the same path.

  3. A monthly focus

    Each month centres on one integration category, or a specific tool and process, to help you take the next step in real life.

  4. Your member portal

    Activities, tools and training in all 14 categories, coded so it is easy to find what fits your level of experience and interests.

  5. In-person socials in Calgary

    If you are in the area, or want to jump on a plane, join our quarterly in-person socials in Calgary, Alberta.
